Preventing Harassment & Discrimination in the Workplace

This course covers Guardian Professional Services' zero-tolerance policy against harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. Employees will learn how to identify prohibited conduct, understand their reporting responsibilities, and navigate the complaint process with confidence.

By the end of this course, you'll know:

• What constitutes harassment and discrimination under company policy and applicable law
• How to report concerns — and what protections are in place when you do
• What managers and supervisors are specifically responsible for
• How GPS investigates complaints and takes corrective action

All employees are required to complete this training upon hire and annually thereafter. Supervisors and managers must also complete additional training specific to their leadership responsibilities.
